Are you looking for a therapist to help with issues you are going through? As a Board Certified Telemental Health Counselor; Licensed Professional Counselor (NJ & GA); and Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (NJ), I approach therapy using various evidenced-based interventions. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, addictions, relationship problems, Veterans' issues, and LGBTQ issues. In addition, I am a retired Special Education teacher and Education Supervisor and served in the United States Army Reserve.
I work with people 18 years old and above. My focus is on working with individuals and couples to help them move forward in their lives by empowering them and teaching them how to be and stay well holistically.
I offer telemental health through video and phone (depending on state regulations) to New Jersey, Georgia, and Florida residents.
